At ZENRAKI, we deliver manifestation essentials worldwide with care and intention.

1. Where does ZENRAKI ship? We ship to almost every country worldwide except the following, due to shipping restrictions:

• Philippines
• Indonesia
• Cuba
• Iran
• Sudan
• Syria

We're working to expand our reach to manifest everywhere.

2. What are the shipping costs? For orders under $150, shipping is $18. Note: We offer free shipping promotions during special manifestation moments. Stay tuned!

3. When will my manifestation tools arrive? Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (Not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances)

• Processing Time: 2-5 business days (we charge each crystal with intention)
• Standard Shipping Time: 10-20 business days
• South America & Russian Federation: May take 30+ days due to customs

4. What if my package doesn't arrive? If your ZENRAKI order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at support@zenraki.com. We'll either send a replacement or provide a full refund. Your manifestation journey shouldn't be delayed.
